2020 NVLA Annual Conference, March 25-27 2020, Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol in Austin, TX

The National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA), voice of the independent vehicle leasing community, announced the program for its 2020 conference to be held March 25-27 at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol in Austin, TX.

Matthew Daus, Partner at Windel Marx Law Firm, and Eric Chuang, Managing Director at BDO Consulting, will serve as keynote speakers for the conference. Daus’ presentation, “The Future of Leasing in a Rapidly Evolving Transportation Technology World,” will cover the latest developments in mobility management, and the role of leasing in the past, present and future. Chuang’s presentation will address “Understanding Hacking: Myths, Facts, and Risks to Business Owners” and will explain how hacking is performed and how to wisely protect your business against likely attacks.

“The 2020 NVLA Annual Conference will feature top-notch speakers and engaging panel discussions on the most important topics in leasing,” according to conference chair, Ken Sopp, president of Credit Union Leasing of America. “The diverse program will feature speakers and panelists who are experts in their respected fields and will present on relevant topics centered on the state of our ever-changing industry.”

The two-day conference, emceed by industry expert Charlie Vogelheim, features two days of sessions covering diverse topics such as vehicle data access, calculating social media ROI, cybersecurity, arbitration, lease brokering, electric vehicle fleet leases and KPIs.

The 2020 program also features three breakout sessions, divided between Thursday and Friday, focusing on the growing Lease Here Pay Here (LHPH) business model. The LHPH panel of industry experts will give real time advice and state of the art guidelines to launch and transform your LHPH business into this decade!

For the duration of the Conference, the exhibit hall will be filled with knowledgeable experts in industries such as software, insurance, and vehicle manufacturers. Conference attendees will have multiple opportunities to connect and network with our esteemed lineup of Exhibitors at all Receptions, meal functions, and breaks.
