The Chiplet Summit took place on January 24-26, 2023, and it focused on the use of chiplets in chip design. 520 attendees registered for the event, which included keynotes by prominent companies, pre-conference tutorials, and panel discussions on various aspects of chiplet technology. According to Chuck Sobey, General Chairperson of the summit, attendees and exhibitors found the event to be both useful and enlightening. Leading exhibitors and sponsors included Applied Materials, Corigine, and proteanTecs. The next Chiplet Summit is expected to take place in the coming year.
