EV Connect 2019 to showcase latest intelligent service automation solutions

EV Connect 2019 will provide the company’s diverse global customer base hands-on training and exclusive access to real-life case studies on how to modernize an organization’s service delivery with intelligent service automation technologies.

EasyVista 2019 Global User Conferences Will Gather IT Leaders, Focus on Transforming Service for the Future of Work

With this year’s theme to focus on how enterprises can transform customer and employee service for the future of work, EV Connect will convene engaging events in North America and Europe to share how IT and customer support organizations can transform critical service functions with a focus on delivering value and improving customer experiences in today’s digital-first world. The event will also provide attendees with real-world guidance on how to better integrate service-oriented programs, address customer needs and improve the customer experience amid an evolving workplace culture and fast changing technology landscape.

“EasyVista is committed to helping our customers modernize their service strategies as an integral part of any enterprise digital transformation effort,” said EasyVista CEO Sylvain Gauthier. “EV Connect is a great opportunity for IT leaders to experience the latest EasyVista intelligent automation solutions – including ITSM, self-help, intelligent knowledge management, AI, virtual assistants, and micro apps – that can help them achieve the service transformation success that is critical in today’s digitized business landscape.”

Following EV Connect in North America, events in Europe will take place in Madrid, Spain (October 10); Lisbon, Portugal (October 17); Milan, Italy (October 24); and culminating in Paris, France (November 21) near the EasyVista global headquarters.
