Microsoft Highlights Innovation and Cultural Transformation

Microsoft will join Hispanicize LA for the second year in a row. The event, designed for trendsetters and creators of Latino news, will take place in Los Angeles from October 11-13, and two Microsoft executives will tackle some of the latest innovations and illustrate the cultural transformation at Microsoft.

The themes and speakers are:

Technical knowledge Go from dream job to dream job

Diego Rejtman, CEO of Microsoft Global University Recruiting, in this inspiring session, will express how to use the company he works for or will work for in the future, as a platform to achieve his dreams. Diego will also discuss how to combine all our passions at work can improve our job satisfaction and productivity, as well as share some of the skills that are actively sought when recruiting young Latino talent, and what is most interesting of talent in Los Angeles.
