Cleo Connect 2019, set for Oct. 7-10 2019 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida

July 17, 2019 By admin Leave a Comment

If you want to really understand how to create value through digital disruption, these two execs have proven formulas and are lined up to share their keys to success.

Cleo, the global leader in ecosystem integration solutions, is pleased to announce that Sam Hinkie, former president and general manager of the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team, and Charles Araujo, principal analyst at Intellyx and author of several technology books, will keynote at Cleo Connect 2019, the annual user conference for Cleo customers and partners.

As part of Cleo Connect 2019, set for Oct. 7-10 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida, Hinkie’s guest keynote, “Trust the Process: Using Analytics to Build a Culture of Innovation,” will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Few people are as renowned for disruption as Hinkie, who during his time with the 76ers made waves by implementing a radical plan to overhaul virtually every aspect of the team, advocating a long view of the process. In his remarks, Hinkie will demonstrate the importance of not only being innovative, but also withstanding the misunderstandings that arise from disrupting old ways, so that companies can better develop analytical practices to benefit their organizations.

For his part, Araujo will speak on Wednesday, October 9, about “The New Digital Experience Supply Chain — and How It Will Transform Everything.” As an analyst with Intellyx, he advises organizations on how to navigate through this time of disruption that is happening across digital ecosystems. Araujo is an internationally recognized authority on the Digital Enterprise and author of The Quantum Age of IT: Why Everything You Know About IT is About to Change. He’s also founder of The Institute for Digital Transformation, a regular contributor to CIO.com, and has been quoted or published in TIME, InformationWeek, CIO Insight, NetworkWorld, Computerworld, USA Today, and Forbes.

Cleo Connect, the company’s annual user conference, brings together Cleo executives, advisers, customers, and partners to provide exclusive access to the latest Cleo software innovations, insights on integration use cases, and a strategic roadmap for Cleo Integration Cloud, the company’s ecosystem integration platform. This year’s theme – “evolve” – captures the essence of how Cleo is helping businesses create value through EDI modernization and ecosystem integration. All Cleo customers and partners are invited to attend. Those who wish to learn more can view the agenda or register for the event.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sam Hinkie and Charles Araujo to speak at Cleo Connect this year, and we believe their experiences, observations and insights about disruption and resolution will resonate with Cleo’s value-minded customers and partners as they evolve their businesses in the age of digital transformation,” said Tushar Patel, chief marketing officer at Cleo.
